Welcome to Homestay Providers, your one-stop solution for finding the perfect homestay accommodation in the UK and Ireland. We are a group of independent providers who are dedicated to helping you find the perfect homestay for your study or work stay.

All of our homestay providers are thoroughly assessed and registered with us to ensure that they meet our strict criteria for providing high-quality homestay accommodations. We visit and check each homestay provider before they can accommodate you and your partner or friend during your stay, so you can rest assured that your homestay will be safe, comfortable and of the highest quality.

At Homestay Providers, we work closely with our providers to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. All of our accommodations are

  • come with free wifi
  • washing facilities
  • the option of food on a half board or full board basis.

If you are unable to arrive at your family home and you give less than a weeks notice then you do not get a refund, you will be given the stay in credit, Minus 1x week stay

You are only guaranteed a family for the duration you book, if you wish to stay longer we cannot guarantee the family will be free to host you but feel free to contact us

If you wish to leave your family you must give us and the family 1 week notice in order to get a full refund minus the booking fee this also applies if the family are unable to continue to host you for any reason

if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the accommodation you have enquired about and booked we will give you an alternative, if you decide not to proceed then the fee with be refunded but all cancellations must be given within 24x hours notice of when the booking was confirmed

We do not advise you give any money to any families directly, if you do and you have any problems we will be unable to support you

Once your booking is confirmed and you have made the full payment within 24x hours of the basic profile being sent to you then full details will be sent to you with contact information for your host as well as full details of the property

Contact us immediately with your issues, most can be fixed but if not then we can move you for free but can take up to a week, for emergencies we will do our best to accommodate you elsewhere

We follow the guidelines given and do regular home stay checks, your room should have the following as a minimum 

  • A bedroom and common areas in a  proper state of cleanliness and repair. 
  • Adequate heating and lighting. 
  • A sufficiently spacious bedroom with  natural light, equipped with an adequately  sized bed.  
  • Adequate hanging and drawer space for  clothes. 
  • Privacy from members of the opposite  sex. 
  • A table for private study (where  appropriate). 
  • Sufficient washing facilities and access to  a bathroom, with baths or showers  available daily. 
  • An adequate supply of duvets or  blankets.
