4) It’s easy to ge to Brighton from the major Airports and it is about 60 minutes from the centre of Brighton to the centre of London.

Welcome to Homestay Providers! The following terms and conditions apply to your stay with a host family in Brighton.
A £65 booking fee must be paid at the time of making a reservation. This guarantees your accommodation for the duration of your stay. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the accommodation you have requested, we will offer you an alternative. If you decide not to proceed, the fee will be refunded, but cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed.
You must respect the rules of the host family’s home, which will be provided to you upon arrival.
You must pay Homestay Providers within 24 hours of your confirmed booking to guarantee your stay for the duration of your stay.
Your host family is guaranteed for the duration of your booking. If you wish to stay longer, we cannot guarantee that the host family will be available to host you. However, please feel free to contact us.
If you wish to leave your host family, you must give us and the host family 1 week notice to get a full refund, minus the booking fee. This also applies if the host family is unable to continue hosting you for any reason.
If you are unable to arrive at your host family’s home and give less than a week’s notice, you will not get a refund. Instead, you will be given a credit for the stay, minus one week’s stay.
All items you take with you must be insured, as neither Homestay Providers nor the host family is responsible for any damages.
You are not allowed to have overnight guests unless agreed upon by the host family.
You are responsible for keeping your bedroom clean and the areas within the house that you use.
You are not allowed to use the house’s wifi or internet for illegal downloads.
Additional washing must be agreed upon by the host family, and an additional charge may be incurred.
We will provide a host family that is on a direct transport route to your school or place of work, with travel time of less than one hour *subject to traffic and road works. If this is not possible we will contact you to discuss.
We cannot guarantee any other requests.
