Are you a host family looking to maximise your occupancy and earn extra income all year round? Homestay Providers can help! We work with schools in the area to fill your room with international students and workers, taking the hard work out of finding guests for you.

To increase your chances of keeping your room full, we recommend providing as much flexibility as possible. By being less specific with nationality, gender, age, and allowing for flexible check-in/check-out days and times, you will increase the likelihood of having a full room in November as well as July.

Why work with Homestay Providers instead of schools directly? We handle all of the paperwork, visits, and communication for you, saving you time and effort. Plus, if you already work with other schools, you can continue to do so while we help fill your room with guests from other schools.

We pay host families directly into their bank account on a weekly basis. The amount you can earn is based on the number of rooms you have available, with a maximum of 4 students at a time, each with a different first language. We provide guidelines for the necessary amenities, such as a private room, bedding and towels, wifi, and meals.

We handle all necessary paperwork including Fire Risk Assessments, and provide host families with a handbook, agreement, and safeguarding training. You will need to provide a Gas Safety Certificate
